Is Khadijah & Co a socially responsible brand?

Our founders believes in creating sustainable products, quality workmanship produced in safe and humane working conditions.

Additionally the brand aims to donate a percentage of profits to organisations that assists women, children, aged and crisis relief. 

What are the payment terms?

We accept Debit or credit card through the payment system

Are the payment system secure?

Yes. We do not keep details for your card and PIN number. We have no access to any classified information related to your bank details and card used. 

Do you accept return and refunds?

We do not accept any returns and refunds for all of our merchandise. However we do accept exchanges.

Terms of Exchanges at a glance:

  1.  Exchanges can only be done within 7 days of purchase
  2. All tags and plastics must be intact
  3. Merchandise must be in its original condition
  4. Exchanges will be refused if there are rips and defects to the merchandise which were not there before
  5. All items on promotions or sale will not be eligible for exchange
