We accept Debit or credit card through the payment system
Are the payment system secure?
Yes. We do not keep details for your card and PIN number. We have no access to any classified information related to your bank details and card used.
Do you accept return and refunds?
We do not accept any returns and refunds for all of our merchandise. However we do accept exchanges.
Terms of Exchanges at a glance:
- Exchanges can only be done within 7 days of purchase
- All tags and plastics must be intact
- Merchandise must be in its original condition
- Exchanges will be refused if there are rips and defects to the merchandise which were not there before
- All items on promotions or sale will not be eligible for exchange
- Exchanges on normal items will depends on the the availability of the items

What are the shipping terms?
1. Registered mail: Tracking number will be provided. Secure. Items will reach 1 to 3 working days after order "shipped-out" notification has been sent.
2. Normal mail: No tracking number. This option will be at customer's risk. Items will reach 2 to 5 working days after order "shipped-out" notification has been sent.

1. Mail will reach between 2 to 15 working days depending on courier speed and traffic. Tracking number will be provided.
